Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Time & Rates

Estimated delivery times vary by location and typically take 7–14 business days for international shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your shipment status through the carrier's website within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CELLECI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

CELLECI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
